Rappid deployment of addition sites.

Helm Associates required the ability to create addition ‘micro’ sites at the touch of the button, with minimal additional costs – a complex and unusual requirement. Each site also needed to be completely customisable, but with all the sites managed from a single CMS system. Users of the site needed to have a single set of log in credentials which would work on any of the sites relevant to them. Varied content types and advanced searching abilities were also to become key elements of the sites redevelopment.

The project required the management of numerous suppliers and detailed technical specification writing and time framing, and is currently about to start Phase two, which will invoice the management of the site members, and automation the payment process.

WordPress Hardening and Virus Removal.

The Bipolar Disorder Research Network got in touch after one of their WordPress sites had been hacked. ‘Base64′ malware code had been placed at the top of over 190 pages, making it impossible to edit the site and causing secure networks (particularly universities) to block the site, reporting it to contain malware (viruses).

BDRN needed the malware removed from the site and any backdoors left by the hackers removed. Since then I have worked closely with BDRN to secure and harden their various WordPress sites.
